Manage end-to-end recruitment and candidate experience
Support hiring across Portugal and other European markets
Description
Take charge of recruitment for all our profiles utilizing appropriate methods to find the best candidates;
Develop and implement strategies with internal and external sources to build and maintain a diverse pipeline of high-quality talent;
Provide regular communication of recruitment status to key stakeholders and proactively provide hiring managers with recommendations; Continuously optimize the candidate experience, ensuring a smooth and positive journey for all applicants;
Be part of the pan-European HR team, with close collaboration with HR Stakeholders (e.g. HR Partner / HR Operations);
Manage technical aspects of the recruitment process and reporting.
Profile
Approx. 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition role, e.g., recruitment in a search agency, company recruiter preferably in the financial services industry;
Experience in recruitment methods, e.g. active sourcing techniques, assessments and strategies. Experience with recruitment technologies and platforms. Experience with Workday, Prospective and LinkedIn would be an advantage;
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with candidates, internal stakeholders as well as recruitment agencies. A proactive, positive attitude with a willingness to tackle challenges head-on;
Stakeholder Management: Skilled in managing and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure recruitment goals are met;
Languages: Fluent in English and Portuguese. German and French language skills are a plus.
