As a Recruiter, you will join a client's team on a minimum 3-month project to help build a new team for the German market. Working fully remote, you will manage end-to-end recruitment while playing a key role in launching and growing operations in a new country.

Description

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for roles related to the German market
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements
• Source, screen, and interview candidates in an international context
• Conduct interviews in English (German interviews are a plus)
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience at every stage
• Coordinate recruitment timelines and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and documentation
• Contribute to building recruitment processes and best practices for a new market

Profile

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) - mandatory
• German language skills are a strong plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setup
• High sense of responsibility, professionalism, and confidentiality
• Experience in international or project-based recruitment is an advantage
