Support the coordination of interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
Set up an Employee referral process and key strategies to boost applications.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Define and present key talent acquisition metrics to hiring managers and top management on process status.
Provide other regular reports to hiring managers.
Manage the applicant tracking system.
Develop and implement employer branding strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Create compelling content for social media, career pages, and other channels to showcase our company culture and values.
Collaborate with the communications team to align employer branding efforts with the overall brand strategy.
Monitor and analyze employer brand metrics to continuously improve our employer branding initiatives.
