Responsibilities:
- Administer, maintain and support Windows Server environments with a strong focus on Active Directory.
- Manage AD objects, including users, groups, computers, GPOs and permissions.
- Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AD, DNS, DHCP and authentication services.
- Administer, maintain and support Microsoft Exchange (Online and/or On-Prem) and Office 365 environments.
- Ensure system availability, performance, security and compliance with internal standards.
- Perform regular system updates, patching, backups and recovery tests.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security and support teams on ongoing operations and projects.
- Document configurations, procedures and operational processes.
You must have:
- Proven experience as a Windows System Administrator with hands-on Active Directory management.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, AD, GPOs, DNS, DHCP and authentication mechanisms.
- Experience with scripting (PowerShell) for automation and administration tasks.
- Proven experience administering Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 environments.
- Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, Exchange Hybrid, mail flow, security and compliance features.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in structured environments and following operational procedures.
- European Union Citizenship or Portuguese Working Visa / Portuguese Residency.
- Availability to work on-site two to three times per week.
Plus:
- Knowledge in cloud administrator technologies like Microsoft Azure and/or AWS.
