Responsibilities:

• Administer and support Windows-based enterprise environments.
• Provide end-user support, ticket handling, and event support.
• Manage on-prem and hybrid environments (AD and Azure AD).
• Work with Office 365 services: Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Intune.
• Manage users, devices, licenses, and MFA.
• Troubleshoot systems, networks, and user issues.
• Support infrastructure tools: AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO, DFS.
• Collaborate closely with the infrastructure team.
• Be available for on-call / out-of-hours interventions when required.
• Willingness to learn AS400 (training provided on-the-job).

You'll be a great match if you have:

• Minimum 5 years experience as a Windows Systems Administrator.
• Strong experience in enterprise, domain-based environments.
• Experience with Azure and hybrid infrastructures.
• Knowledge of Intune (device and policy management).
• Basic knowledge of networks and infrastructure (TCP/IP, firewalls, cabling).
• Strong troubleshooting and user-support skills.
• Good communication skills and team spirit.
• Proactive, resilient, autonomous, and analytical profile.
• Microsoft certifications are a plus.
