Your new role:
• Participate in Supply Chain Management projects and continuous improvement initiatives to support current and future business requirements
• Contribute to the definition and implementation of Supply Chain excellence processes, standards, and best practices
• Support functional departments in the execution of change initiatives and transformation projects
• Help define and implement Supply Chain Management standards across the organization
• Support the development and implementation of SCM-related IT solutions
• Drive the implementation of excellence processes such as Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage and maintain the benefits database, ensuring the exchange of best practices for centralized inventory management
• Define, implement, and monitor Supply Chain KPIs and OPIs
• Provide demand coordination support and contribute to inventory optimization strategies
• Develop Supply Chain solutions that address customer needs and regulatory requirements
What You Need to Succeed:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Supply Chain Consultant focused on Central Inventory Management, or in a similar role
• Experience in global material flow management and related process and system rollouts
• Proven project management experience
• Experience managing organizational and process change initiatives
• Consultancy experience in Supply Chain environments
• Strong financial and business acumen
• Knowledge of SAP PP within ECC environments
• Familiarity with SAP IBP concepts and processes
• Experience defining and monitoring Supply Chain performance metrics
• Fluency in English (mandatory)
• Availability to travel
Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with centralized inventory management strategies
• Knowledge of Integrated Business Planning frameworks
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to provide strategic recommendations and process improvement proposals
• Creative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation
