Your new role
As the Strategy Enablement Procurement
Director, you will make a vital
contribution to the success of the Global Procurement function, playing a key
part in the delivery of our three-year strategy focusing on savings, speed, and
sustainability. This role requires vision, energy, procurement subject matter
expertise, and a proven track record of significantly improving ways of working
within complex environments. You will work closely with the Head of Strategy to
define and drive a programme of high-profile functional initiatives, directly
enabling the delivery of Procurement’s strategy. This role includes significant
exposure to the Procurement Leadership Team and Strategy & Operational
Excellence Leadership Team.
What you’ll
need to succeed
-Significant procurement and/or supply
chain experience;
-Proven track record of delivering
projects in a global environment;
-Expertise in change management and
people management;
-Excellent communication and
influencing skills;
-Strong business acumen and strategic thinking;
-Ability to manage conflicting priorities and
deliver high-quality results;
-English Fluent.
