We are looking for talent to sustain our growth and maintain a clear focus on new fashion technologiesand, in this context, we are currently looking for a Strategy Assistant to work in the city of Lisbon.


Are you willingto take these responsibilities?


  • Diary management, co-ordinating arrangements for meetings, conferences and complex travel itineraties
  • Communicate the manager's instructions or requests to various individuals/departments and obtain information from other managers.
  • Respond to routine requests and correspondence, drafting more complex correspondence for final approval or referring more complex requests as appropriate.
  • Organise and expedite flow of work, initiating follow up action where appropriate
  • Ensure all regular meetings are kept up to date with correct attendees and take minutes where appropriate
  • Collate and issue regular business summaries
  • Identify any operational and regulatory risks, escalating as appropriate.


Do you fit with the profilewe are looking for?

• Degree in Business Administration/Management, Marketing or Economics required.

• Ability to work in a team environment with high level of collaboration skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Assertiveness.

• Ability to work in multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Ability to work well under pressure, to deal with stressful situations and to meet deadlines in a fast-paced changing environment.

• Strong analytical skills, self-motivated and responsible.

• Proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decisionmaking skill.

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and to be adaptable to various competing demands. Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.

• Strong organization and prioritization skills.

• Strong active listening and ability to follow directions.

• Fluent in English (mandatory) and Portuguese.
