Store Manager

Do you enjoy fashion and leading teams? We are looking for a Store Manager to run the store, deliver an excellent customer experience, and achieve sales targets.

What will you do?

• Achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Ensure outstanding customer service.
• Maintain store image and visual standards.
• Manage stock, replenishment, and inventory.
• Handle cash register and administrative tasks.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the team.
• Oversee store-related online sales and marketplace.

Requirements

• +4 years of experience as Store Manager or similar (fashion/retail preferred).
• Good knowledge of Excel and Office tools.
• Languages: Portuguese and English.
• Organized, proactive, and strong leadership skills.
• Customer and sales-oriented mindset.
