For our new LEGO Store opening in Coimbra, we are looking for a Store Manager.

Energy, dynamism and passion for the brand are key qualities we are looking for to lead our store and team. We are seeking a positive and enthusiastic person who inspires both the team and our youngest customers, families and LEGO fans, creating an unforgettable in-store experience.

Main responsibilities:

• Be the guardian of our customers' experience, ensuring every visit is a moment they want to repeat; act as a Brand Ambassador by promoting animation and engagement in the store for children, families and fans
• Achieve sales and turnover targets
• Lead, manage and motivate the team to work together towards shared goals
• Ensure proper stockroom organization and accurate management of merchandise movements
• Protect the brand image and maintain store standards, ensuring correct product replenishment according to company guidelines
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and company policies

Requirements:

• Strong customer orientation
• High ability to motivate and lead teams
• Good organizational and management skills
• Knowledge of key sales and productivity analysis tools
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Store Manager leading a team of at least 5-6 people, preferably in structured retail
• Good level of English
