Profile of the candidate
As a Sales Manager, you will help us scale and grow our business globally. You will be responsible to manage your Sales from end-to-end. This will mean going from the Prospection to Closing Deals.
You will report to Guilherme - our Global Commercial Director - and be our outbound Sales Manager, being part of a team that will grow as the business grows.
What will you be doing?
- Prospecting to acquire new Leads in the global Car Rental, Leasing and Car Subscription industries (database acquisition, participation in Trade Events, contact clients for referrals, etc.)
- Reaching out to these new leads to turn them into Deals (Outbound Sales)
- Get highly efficient into turning Deals into Sales (or Closed Deals)
- Know how to map your prospects stakeholders (identifying you DMs, Champions and Influencers), identify USPs per Deal and draft a plan to close your Deal
- In a nutshell, manage your Sales from Prospection to Closed Deals
- Be able to lay out a strategy to reach your Annual Targets
- Proactively finding areas for sales processes optimization and improvements
- Working with the tech team to flag market specifics and propose improvements (new modules, functionalities and integrations)
What we expect from you?
- 3+ years of work experience in outbound sales,
- Not being afraid pick-up the phone or travel to go meet prospects and being resilient is indispensable,
- Being resourceful and gifted with great ownership while managing different deals,
- Willing to learn a business from the ground up and not be afraid to suggest and pitch new ideas,
- People-person who loves to collaborate in cross country & cross team projects,
- Great interpersonal & communication skills in English (Spanish or French would be a plus),
- Previous experience in SaaS / Tech / Software or Car Rental industry / Mobility is mandatory,
- Fast-growing start-up would be a big plus but not mandatory!
