Joining a leading company in retail, the Store Manager - Alegro Sintra will be primarily responsible for the comprehensive management of the store and team, delivering an unparalleled customer experience. We are seeking a responsible individual, ideally with experience in the retail sector, who speaks English and demonstrates exceptional charismatic leadership.

Principais responsabilidades

Reporting to the Management, the Store Manager - Tourist Activities will have the following main responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily store operations, ensuring optimal staffing, effective inventory management, and efficient resource allocation.
  • Coordinate and execute in-store and partner events, collaborating with local businesses and vendors to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction by providing proactive service, promptly addressing issues, and managing client expectations.
  • Recruit, train, and manage store staff, offering ongoing mentorship and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Analyze sales data, set performance targets, and implement strategies to achieve or surpass store goals.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, particularly during high-traffic periods.
  • Adapt operations for seasonal changes, ensuring smooth transitions between peak and off-peak times.
  • Manage operational budgets, controlling costs and identifying opportunities for efficiency.

Perfil desejado

As Store Manager - Tourist Activities, you will need to be/have:

  • Relevant higher education for the role (preferred but not mandatory);
  • Previous experience in the role or similar positions;
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • A passion for sales and working towards targets;
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally and efficiently;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions;
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment;
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays;
  • Proficiency in English.
