With rooftop dining by Spanish celebrity chef Dani García, Asian-Mediterranean cuisine at our award-winning modern cocktail bar and restaurant Isa, and a four-level Wellness Centre with a sun-splashed pool terrace, Four Seasons is bringing a new level of luxury and service to locals and guests alike.
We currently have an opportunity for a Technology Innovation & Data (TID) Specialist to join our team! Reporting to our IT Assistant Director of TID and the Senior Director of TID, you will be responsible for assisting in leading the daily IT operation for the hotel.
Ensuring critical systems, specifically Front Office Property Management System, Call Accounting, HSIA, PABX and Food & Beverage Point of Sales systems are available twenty-four (24) hours per day.
System Administration, including management of user accounts and security groups, user configuration, troubleshooting access problems and preparing on-site end-user documentation.
Providing system support services, including service outage diagnosis, troubleshooting and restoration of service, virus protection management.
Maintaining in-room guest technology equipment, (TV, VOIP phone, WiFi, AV, in-room iPad)
Assisting with network support and cybersecurity, Active Directory maintenance, Server Infrastructure maintenance, Network Infrastructure maintenance – wired & wireless, Network protection and failover tools implementation (Firewall, web security, multihoming devices, etc).
A technical background, MSCE or strong networking skills, education and/or experience supporting complex networks, ability to assist the Assistant Director of IT and the IT Manager with the day to day running of the IT department, an understanding of the purpose and reasons for internal controls, and ideally have familiarity with hotel quality and service standards with a strong commitment to service.
You should have the highest level of integrity and transparency, strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to work with cross-functional teams, and a proactive and inquisitive mind set to develop problem solving, decision making, and strategic thinking skills. All applicants must possess the legal right to work in Spain and have fluency in English and Spanish.
