Job Description

• Welcome and assist guests, listening to their needs and preferences while delivering an excellent level of service
• Supervise and manage the massage area, ensuring the highest standards of order, hygiene, and safety
• Perform personalized rituals and massages, following Guerlain protocols and the standards of Maison Les Airelles
• Recommend treatments and products to encourage guest return and loyalty
• Attend to every detail of the wellness experience, ensuring a serene, refined, and relaxing atmosphere
• Represent the spirit and values of Les Airelles with elegance, impeccable posture, and attentive presence
• Collaborate with the Spa team and Hotel/Event teams for special activities

• Professional qualification as a Wellness Operator and/or Beauty Treatment Technician
• Previous experience with facial and body technologies (e.g., light therapy, microcurrents, etc.)
• Specialization in facial and body massage techniques
• Specialization in nail care (appreciated)
• Proven experience in spas and luxury establishments
• Knowledge of hygiene and health regulations and standards
• Proficiency in Italian and English; a third language is an advantage
• Qualities Passion for wellness and luxury hospitality
• Excellent interpersonal skills, active listening, and strong service orientation, combined with great attention to detail
• Elegance, discretion, and ability to create a refined and personalized guest experience
• Positive attitude, courtesy, and availability
• Precision, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility
