We are looking for a SPA Manager to join the management team of our new hotel unit in Porto Santo, in the Madeira archipelago. If you have experience in luxury spa management, a passion for wellness, and a strong commitment to excellence in customer service, this is the opportunity!

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of the spa, including reservations and customer service. Ensure a clean, welcoming environment that aligns with the brand's luxury standards.

Guest Experience: Provide a world-class personalized experience and cater to VIP clients with discretion. Manage guest feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.

Leadership and Team Development: Lead, train, and mentor the spa team, fostering a collaborative environment.

Sales and Marketing: Develop strategies to increase bookings and maximize revenue, collaborating with the marketing team.

Financial Management: Manage the spa budget and track expenses, revenue, and performance metrics.

Product and Treatment Innovation: Introduce new treatments and stay updated on the latest luxury spa trends.
