We are looking for a Hotel Reservations Assistant to join our team and ensure excellence in customer service and reservation management. If you have experience in the hospitality sector, are fluent in English and others languages, and possess strong organizational and communication skills, this opportunity is for you!

?Key Responsibilities:

• Manage reservations for clients, groups, tour operators, and others.
• Verify and send rooming lists, proposals, invoices, and related documents.
• Control reservations, payments, and credit card data.
• Follow up with groups, including confirmations, payments, and service orders.
• Assist and advise customers, including suggesting itineraries and local attractions.
• Promote services and perform up-selling.
