We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Spa & Massage Therapist to join our team at Herdade da Yucca, a Nature & Wellness Retreat located in the Alentejo region of Portugal.
The role focuses on delivering high-quality massage treatments and contributing to a relaxing, peaceful, and personalized guest experience in a unique natural environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional massage treatments (relaxation, therapeutic, and other techniques)
- Ensure a calm, welcoming, and high-standard spa environment
- Prepare and maintain treatment rooms and spa facilities (Turkish bath, sauna, jacuzzi)
- Support the overall guest experience with attention to detail and care
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and wellness standards at all times
Profile:
- Training or experience in massage therapy (required)
- Passion for wellness, relaxation, and holistic care
- Professional, responsible, and attentive to guests
- Comfortable working in a natural and quiet countryside environment
- Good communication skills (English required)
- Experience or knowledge in yoga or other holistic/wellness practices is a strong advantage and highly valued
