What will be your mission?

 

As Sommelier, you will be responsible for serving the needs of the business, our guests and our colleagues by administering the day-to-day operations of Wine service areas in the hotel.

What will you do?

 

  • Delivery of wine service to the guests.
  • Training the wait staff.
  • Managing wine stock inventory.
  • Keeping wine stocks under control.
  • Wine menu development.
  • Costing/margins management.
What are we looking for?

 

  • Previous experience as a sommelier, managing wine stock.
  • Good level of English both verbal and written.
  • Accredited sommelier certificate.
  • Passion for wine and drinks in general.
  • Proven track of engaging the restaurant team in wine (e.g. wine-pairing, upselling, training).
  • Ambitious to learn and develop whilst on job.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Pleasant, positive, and open attitude.
