What will you do?

• Analysis of functional requirements impacting the reference architecture
• Monitoring of products and applications
• Participation in Agile ceremonies
• Development of solution designs from an architectural perspective
• Proposing changes to the reference architecture when it is not applied or when a more suitable solution is identified
• Documentation of application architecture and integration processes
• Mapping functional requirements to technical requirements to support development teams
• Participation in team knowledge-sharing meetings

What are we looking for?

• Senior profile
• Up to 15 years of experience in the role relevant to the contracted service
• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment with global teams
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to high-quality deliverables
• Knowledge of the Energy & Utilities market and GDPR regulations
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, and tools such as JIRA and Confluence (valued)
• Experience in strategic projects
• Language skills (written and spoken): English (mandatory), Portuguese (valued), Spanish (valued)
• Any architecture certification (e.g., Microsoft, Cloud, etc.)
• Ability to critically analyze business requirements and align them with our reference application architecture
• Solid understanding of various types of architectural components, with an openness to adopt market trends such as microservices
• Strong focus on clear architectural documentation
• Definition and enforcement of Governance rules
• Effective communication and contribution to the evolution of security guidelines and the defined application and technology architecture
• Independent persuasion skills to advocate for architectural rules in complex scenarios
• Excellent communication, argumentation, and persuasion skills
• Pragmatic and solution-oriented individual
• Quick adaptability to various technological contexts
• Enjoys teamwork and knowledge sharing
• Motivated and enthusiastic about working in challenging environments
• Good command of English is an added value
• Proven experience with system integration concepts
• Ability to analyze and design APIs
• Experience in integrating with SaaS products is a plus
• Experience with Microservices concepts in cloud environments
• Ability to design and develop documentation
