You will be joining a globally renowned leader in the Logistics and Supply Chain sector. Your new role

In collaboration with the HIP architect, experts, and the product manager, you will be responsible for the technical roadmap and the improvement plan for the Event Driven Architecture (EDA) platform based on the Solace product. You will also ensure the development and expert support of the platform's functionalities, as well as the DevOps tooling around the product, prioritising observability, performance management, and continuous improvement. As such, you'll be responsible for:

• Improvements in logging, auditing, and alerting (PagerDuty).
• End-to-end monitoring with Dynatrace.
• Creation/updates of templates based on flow typology.
• Calculate and present KPIs and progress plans.
• Implement KPIs to measure time spent on the EDA lifecycle.
• Documentation of development best practices.
• Documentation of support best practices.
• Implementation schedule for updates/roadmap.
• Deployment and maintenance of a management tool (Jira or another).
• Updates to incident and request tickets.
• Support knowledge base (in ServiceNow).
• Committee materials and meeting minutes.

What you'll need to succeed

• Understanding of Event Driven Architecture (EDA).
• Knowledge of AsyncAPI interface contracts.
• Agile Scrum/Kanban methodology.
• Basic DevOps knowledge.
• Solace, Kafka, AWS, Jira/Confluence.
• English fluent. French will be a plus.
