Your New Role
We are looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to support the evolution and optimization of our CRM ecosystem. In this role, you will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that Salesforce solutions are aligned with strategic goals and operational needs. You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and supporting the implementation of enhancements across the Salesforce platform. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, cross-functional environment where your insights will directly influence customer engagement and business performance.
Main Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business units to understand needs and translate them into Salesforce functionality.
- Analyze and document current processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and automation.
- Create detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows to guide development teams.
- Support testing, validation, and deployment of new features and system updates.
- Act as a subject matter expert on Salesforce capabilities and best practices.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for end-users and stakeholders.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across Salesforce and integrated systems.
- Monitor system performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Work closely with developers, administrators, and external partners to deliver high-quality solutions.
What You Need to Succeed
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst working with Salesforce platforms.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other modules.
- Experience in gathering requirements, writing user stories, and supporting agile delivery.
- Familiarity with data models, reporting tools, and system integrations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Business Analyst) are a plus.
