Key Skills and Experience Required

• Background in Marketing/Management

• Must be autonomous, have a willingness to learn, and be solution orientated

• At least 2 years in Social Media Management (Digital Agency experience desirable)

• Experience in managing Social Media platforms (Meta Business Manager, Creator Studio, Ads Manager)

• Experience in Social Media Management tools (ex. Falcon, Hootsuite, Sprinklr, Sprout Social)

• Experience managing reports/dashboards in Excel (mandatory!)

• Proficiency in English language (mandatory)

• Ability to communicate and work effectively with cross-functional teams across the organization

• Ability to work with others (comfortable with stakeholder engagement, working across departments to manage expectations and prioritize work)

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and complete work within allocated time frames.
