We are looking for an SRE with a strong focus on monitoring and observability to join a highly mature technical team on a critical project with direct impact on the operation of the technological infrastructure.

Deep technical expertise, solid experience in production environments, and the ability to diagnose and prevent complex failures.

Mandatory Technical Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of dedicated experience in monitoring and observability within production environments.

Advanced, hands-on knowledge of the following tools:

• Grafana: Creating and customizing dashboards, setting up alerts, and integrating with other systems;
• Zabbix: Installation, tuning, agent/sensor management, and configuration of complex triggers;
• Dynatrace: Proven experience in APM, defining metrics, automatic alerting, and root cause analysis;
• Strong experience in incident resolution, root cause analysis, and failure response in distributed environments;
• Technical background in Linux environments and scripting (Bash, Python);
• Infrastructure automation with tools such as Ansible, Terraform, GitLab CI/CD, etc;

Nice to Have:

• Experience with containerized environments/Kubernetes.
• Good documentation skills and familiarity with tools like Confluence/Jira.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong technical communication skills with engineering and operations teams.
