What will your role be within the ITS Team?
The Project Coordinator is responsible for planning, monitoring, and coordinating projects within the Voice & UC Business Unit. He/She works closely with voice technical teams, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to the quality standards defined by the Project Manager.
Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning and Monitoring:
- Develop and manage project plans, including schedules, resources, and budgets.
- Coordinate project activities, monitor progress, and ensure the resolution of issues and risks.
- Use project tracking tools to monitor tasks and deliverables.
2. Team Coordination:
- Work closely with technical teams (voice, systems, cloud, etc.) to ensure alignment of project activities.
- Facilitate communication between the various teams and stakeholders.
- Organize and lead project meetings with the support of the project manager.
3. Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project.
- Understand client needs and ensure deliverables meet their expectations.
- Manage client expectations and resolve issues proactively.
4. Monitoring and Reporting:
- Track and document project progress.
- Prepare regular reports for management and clients.
Technical Environment:
- Good knowledge of VoIP and UC technologies.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (dashboard creation, performance indicators, automation).
- Proven skills in data visualization tools (Power BI, etc.).
- Proficiency with collaborative and project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
- Knowledge of data-related standards and best practices (GDPR, ITIL, etc.).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in IT or Telecommunications.
- Prior experience in data management and analysis, KPI, production, and reporting.
Knowledge:
- Provides operational and administrative support, with a focus on coordination and
- facilitation.
- Skills in planning, risk management, resource management, and monitoring.
- In-depth knowledge of voice solutions.
