As a FinOps Specialist you will be responsible for T&PE (Technology and Platform Engineering) procurement and vendor financial management activities, supporting budget management in collaboration with central and regional T&PE teams, finance, procurement teams and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate financial planning activities (i.e., OB, RF) to submit bottom-up inputs in respective tools in collaboration with each sub-platform.
- Coordinating and following up day-to-day P2P financial activities such as purchase orders (end to end), goods receipts, invoices, payments, accruals.
- Monitor actuals vs plan, keep stakeholders up to date with the execution status.
- Identify, communicate and follow-up key risks and opportunities related to budget and follow-up the action plan execution.
- Coordinate internal and external capitalization planning and execution.
- Build the financial data history to create budget bridge stories.
Qualifications:
- A team member with minimum 3 years experience in Finance area (of an international company is a plus)
- Advanced knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint tools is a must.
- Mid level of knowledge in Power BI, SAP and Coupa.
- Fluent in English
- IT experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to collaborate cross-functionally in global, matrixed environments comprising of internal and external partners.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proactive profile, able to work in dynamic environments, with strong problem-solving competencies.
- Experience gathering and analyzing data to effect meaningful changes. Fast learner, proactive to identify gaps in finance & procurement processes, and offer ideas for continues improvement (analyze and present data to support business insights & decision making.)
