Our client is a real estate development company with 15 years experience of project management, specialised in renovating historical residential buildings, selling and renting apartments in the heart of Lisbon looking to hire a Short Term Rental Manager to manage one of their properties while supporting several Administrative duties at the Headquarters.
Description
The main responsibilities will be:
Ensure that the properties are well-maintained;
Ensuring cleaning and laundry is done by the external company;
Coordinating bookings and reservations via Airbnb and Booking.com
Managing guest inquiries and issues,
Overseeing check-in and check-out processes.
Responsible for marketing and advertising the properties to attract guests and ensure maximum occupancy.
Provide administrative support to the Managing Partner and Project Management team;
Management of office operations
Bills management in link with external accountant office
Assistance with Marketing and Social media in link with external communication company
Commercial assistance in link with the real estate agents.
Profile
The ideal candidate will have:
Prior experience in property management or hospitality and administrative role
Fluency in English
Strong organisational and time management skills
Experience of Microsoft packages including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
Proficiency in property management software and platforms
Knowledge of local regulations and laws pertaining to short-term rentals
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, dynamism and pro-activity
