ServiceNow ITSM Lead Consultant (French-speaking)
We are hiring ServiceNow ITSM Lead Consultant (M/F)
Location Remote / Europe
Languages required Fluent French and English
We are looking for a ServiceNow ITSM Lead Consultant to join an international, highimpact project focused on the implementation, development, and validation of advanced ServiceNow solutions.
This role requires strong expertise in ITSM, solid technical leadership, and extensive experience in development, configuration, and delivery quality within the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

Design functional and technical solutions for new features and platform enhancements.
Develop and configure ServiceNow applications, workflows, and platform components.
Validate fixes, updates, and newly developed functionalities against defined requirements.
Identify, document, and track issues found during development and testing cycles.
Utilize the Automated Test Framework (ATF) and other automation tools for test creation and execution.
Support continuous improvement initiatives within the ServiceNow ecosystem.


Requirements

68 years of experience in ServiceNow, with strong focus on ITSM (ITOM knowledge is a plus).
Deep understanding of ITSM modules and best implementation practices.
Experience in test management, defect tracking, development validation, and automation.
Handson experience with ATF, Selenium, or similar automation tools.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Experience in implementation and support activities.
Fluent French and English (mandatory).
Ability to work in a multicultural, collaborative, and fastpaced environment.
