Job Title: ServiceNow Developer

Employment Type: Contract

Role Overview:

We are currently seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join the cutting-edge team of a leading ServiceNow provider based in Portugal. We are a global, private equity backed consultancy with a diverse existing client base of several NASDAQ listed companies across various industries including retail, banking, and technology.

Duration: 12 month initial contract

Location: Lisbon or Porto - Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure ACLs, roles, and domain separation to ensure secure and compliant multi-client environments.
• Design and maintain integrations with external systems using Integration Hub, APIs, and point-to-point solutions.
• Build custom reports, dashboards, and platform notifications to support business insights and communication.
• Develop Service Portal pages and streamline request fulfilment through forms, catalogues, and automated workflows.

Key requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years ServiceNow experience.
• Experience working with either ITSM, CSM, ITOM or HAM.
• Portuguese speaking.
• Ability to travel to Lisbon or Porto 1/2 times per week.
