Responsibilities:
Platform Evolution: Steer the *roadmap* and continuous improvement of ServiceNow, aligning initiatives with OneIT’s Enterprise Service Management strategy.
Stakeholder & Demand Management: Engage with IT, HR, and Customer Service stakeholders to capture, evaluate, and prioritize demands, ensuring the pipeline re-flects business priorities.
Advisory & Internal Consultancy: Serve as the functional expert for ServiceNow ITSM, HRSD, and CSM, advising stakeholders on best practices and maximizing platform value.
Product Ownership & Vision: Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, guiding Agile teams in delivering enhancements that meet customer expectations.
Release & Adoption: Collaborate with Release Management for smooth deployments, lead change management activities, and ensure successful adoption across the organization.
Continuous Improvement: Monitor platform performance, recommend improvements, and foster a culture of innovation and user experience excellence.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a ServiceNow Consultant, Product Owner, or similar role in large-scale enterprise implementations.
Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, HRSD, or CSM modules (e.g., Incident, Change, HR Case, or Customer Service).
Solid understanding of demand management and product lifecycle, with the ability to prioritize and balance multiple stakeholder needs.
Strong knowledge of ITIL principles and Agile methodologies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to trans-late complex requirements into actionable outcomes.
