Descrição da Função
Responsibilities:
- Plan and organize the operations of cleaning and food service departments
- Oversee service quality: cleanliness, equipment maintenance, compliance with hygiene standards, and adherence to internal service protocols (ABC standards)
- Ensure food service complies with all health and safety regulations
- Monitor food safety, the quality of prepared meals, serving standards, and overall dining experience
- Manage procurement processes for all service-related needs
- Organize and supervise care for VIP wardrobe items and clothing storage
- Organize and supervise laundry operations and ensure service quality
- Maintain a high level of comfort across the premises: set up and maintain garden furniture, recreation zones, pool areas, and other facilities
- Organisation of family events, receptions, business, and personal meetings
- Staff traininig on service techniques and internal standards
- Lead the service team: take part in recruitment, onboarding, motivation, and performance development
Requirements:
- Proven experience in hospitality or luxury service efamily management
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness and customer service
- Ability to manage multiple service areas and delegate tasks effectively
- Language - Russian, French
Conditions:
Swiss labor contract with 100% employment;
Work schedule: 48 hours per week, sliding weekends;
Business trips to France;
Salary - discussed individually.
