Descrição da Função

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and organize the operations of cleaning and food service departments
  • Oversee service quality: cleanliness, equipment maintenance, compliance with hygiene standards, and adherence to internal service protocols (ABC standards)
  • Ensure food service complies with all health and safety regulations
  • Monitor food safety, the quality of prepared meals, serving standards, and overall dining experience
  • Manage procurement processes for all service-related needs
  • Organize and supervise care for VIP wardrobe items and clothing storage
  • Organize and supervise laundry operations and ensure service quality
  • Maintain a high level of comfort across the premises: set up and maintain garden furniture, recreation zones, pool areas, and other facilities
  • Organisation of family events, receptions, business, and personal meetings
  • Staff traininig on service techniques and internal standards
  • Lead the service team: take part in recruitment, onboarding, motivation, and performance development

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in hospitality or luxury service efamily management
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness and customer service
  • Ability to manage multiple service areas and delegate tasks effectively
  • Language - Russian, French

Conditions:

Swiss labor contract with 100% employment;

Work schedule: 48 hours per week, sliding weekends;

Business trips to France;

Salary - discussed individually.
