DECSKILL operates in 3 main areas:

DECSKILL TALENT, through which we provide our clients with an extension to their IT teams;

DECSKILL BOOST, through which we provide our client with software development models to increase capacity and optimize Time-to-Market, where we create and manage teams that deliver according to their needs, at the desired speed;

DECSKILL CONNECT through which we provide our client with consulting services, as well as the implementation and management of information technology infrastructures.

Our practice results in the creation of value for our customers, either by delivering qualified and value-added services, or through highly qualified and motivated professionals, as well as technology solutions that allow us to operate and transform the business of our customers.

We are searching for a Senior UX Designer to work in Lisbon.

What you'll do:

• Lead the UX design process from discovery to delivery
• Translate user needs and business goals into elegant design solutions
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI specifications
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders
• Advocate for best UX practices and a strong design culture

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience as a Senior UX Designer
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX thinking
• Hands-on experience with Figma, Adobe Suite, or Sketch for prototyping and UI specification
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and mentor other designers

Nice to have:

• Experience working in agile teams
• Knowledge of design systems
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing
