Job Description:

  • The AI Governance and Change Analyst will be highly motivated and detail-oriented to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the strategic planning, governance processes within our organization and change management initiatives. This position requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication and organizational abilities, and a keen understanding of corporate governance principles.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of strategic plans and initiatives.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making processes.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of strategic projects and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with various departments to design and deploy change management initiatives.
  • Support the governance framework by ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Monitor impacts through dashboards and KPI design.

Technical Skills:

  • Proven experience in strategic planning, corporate governance, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Organizational skills: autonomy, capacity to manage several tasks in parallel, capacity to prioritize the activities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, willingness to foster team spirit

Language Skills:


  • Fluent English (C1-C2)


Soft Skills:

  • Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and high sense of rigor and organization
  • Ability to synthesize and simplify complex concepts to a senior audience
  • Proactiveness and ability to leverage on transversal networks
  • Ability to work in a changing environment / Adaptability
