What we're looking for:

• 6+ years of professional experience working as a DBA
• Strong experience with SQL Server administration in production environments
• Experience with SQL Server upgrades, migrations and platform refreshes
• Solid skills in T-SQL scripting and basic PowerShell for automation
• Experience with performance monitoring, tuning and query optimization
• Hands-on experience with high availability solutions (AlwaysOn, replication)
• Experience with backups, restores, and database maintenance plans
• Ability to support production incidents and user requests
• Good understanding of database security, availability and reliability
• Experience working with development teams to improve SQL code quality
• Exposure to cloud environments (preferably Azure)
• Knowledge of .NET, C#, Angular, Rust is a plus
• Fluency in French, and English (B2 level)

Important:

This position has a hybrid work model, twice a week in the Lisbon office. Candidates should be based in Portugal, and have a Portuguese or other EU citizenship, or a valid Portuguese work permit, to be considered.
