Aubay Portugal is a French multinational company present in Portugal since 2007.

We have offices in Lisbon and Porto and are specialized consultants in Management, Implementation, Development, and Maintenance of Information Systems.

We operate across several sectors such as banking, insurance, telecommunications, services, energy, and transportation, with more than 150 active partners.

What are you going to do?

• Administer and operate Windows, Unix, and Linux systems, performing daily operational tasks and troubleshooting
• Manage processes and services, monitor system health, and analyze logs to ensure stability and security
• Install, configure, and deploy applications (Tomcat, Apache, JBoss, WAS), including resource tuning
• Develop and execute scripts and automation to support operations and deployments
• Perform manual operational tasks while ensuring compliance, validation, and post-deployment testing
• Conduct post-mortem analysis following incidents and deployments
• Supervise jobs and data flows using Control-M and CFT / Connect Express, including job chain creation and transfer monitoring
• Manage and support deployments in cloud and containerized environments (AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, ArgoCD)
• Monitor application and system performance using Dynatrace
• Handle incident management, follow-up actions, and resolution planning

What are you looking for?

• Experience with Windows, Unix, and Linux environments, including basic commands, redirection, pipes, permissions, user management, and Filesystem Hierarchy Standard (FHS) knowledge
• Experience in process and service management using tools such as ps, top, kill, and systemctl
• Knowledge of log handling, security principles, and system monitoring
• Experience with package installation and application deployment (Tomcat, Apache, JBoss, WAS), including resource configuration
• Experience with scripting, automation, and manual operations execution
• Knowledge of job and flow supervision using Control-M and CFT / Connect Express
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, GCP), containers, Kubernetes, and ArgoCD
• Experience with performance monitoring and incident management tools such as Dynatrace
• Languages: English (B2) and French (B2)
