ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior Solution Support Analyst for our Global Business Services to join our TechHub!


You will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to customers or internal teams in an organization. Your primary focus is on resolving issues related to software applications, systems, and technology solutions.


You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of an organization's technology solutions and contributes to customer satisfaction by addressing technical issues promptly and effectively. You will support the Solution Owners in solution analyses, design, development, and testing as appropriate depending on the priority. This role also involves documentation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of application support processes.


You will work closely with end-users, IT teams, solution analysts, application developers, and external partners to resolve issues, enhance application performance, and ensure optimal functionality.



THE SKILLS


To set you up for success in this role, here are some key skills that will help you:

  • Experience in solution support or a related IT role.
  • Experience with end-to-end business process, application configurations.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Proficiency in various software applications, operating systems, and troubleshooting tools.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, as Solution Support Analysts frequently interact with end-users and must be patient, empathetic, and effective communicators.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Ability to maintain detailed records and create clear and concise documentation.
  • Collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • The capacity to adapt to changing technologies and requirements.
  • Analytical mindset to identify patterns and trends in technical issues.
  • Effective time management skills to handle multiple support requests simultaneously.
