By developing projects in the most diverse industries - Banking, Telecommunications, Health, Retail, Energy, Insurance or Aviation - we analyze data, transforming it into knowledge for our clients, allowing them to adopt the best decision-making for their respective organizations and businesses.

We are now looking for a Senior Security Architect willing to accept new challenges in our Closer team.

Technical Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or a related IT field.
• At least 5 years of experience in information security, with previous roles as a Security Architect or Security Engineer.
• Strong background in designing and implementing security solutions across both on-premises and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• In-depth knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and network security architecture.
• Practical experience with security operations, SIEM tools, and incident response processes.
• Solid understanding of the Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and application security best practices.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python or PowerShell.
• Strong familiarity with securing Linux, Windows, and macOS environments.
• Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance standards, including PSD2, EBA, and GDPR.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management abilities.
• Skilled in influencing, negotiating, and driving initiatives across cross-functional teams.
• Strong technical writing and documentation capabilities.
• Fluent in Portuguese (C1) and proficient in English (B1 or above).

Key Responsibilities

• Security Strategy Development: Design and implement initiatives to enhance and maintain the bank's overall security posture.
• Project Management: Lead and manage security enhancement projects, including vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
• Threat Monitoring: Conduct ongoing threat analysis to stay ahead of the evolving cybersecurity landscape.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant laws, standards, and regulatory requirements.

For this position you need to have residency in Portugal. You will work in a hybrid model in Lisbon.
