Descrição da Função
Challenge yourself and us
At AdvanceWorks, we learn together, grow together, and have fun together. And we do all this while creating great software solutions for clients across many industries and geographies.
We are constantly challenging ourselves and each other to use the latest technologies and the best methodologies and make sure we walk the talk.
Exciting as it may sound, we also have our red lines: each of us is a unique person, with unique opinions, beliefs, options, interests, hopes, and fears. With the right to speak its mind, mindful about the common goals, and always being constructive.
It is the way we respect each other, discuss different points of view, challenge ourselves and each other, while tackling our common challenges, that makes us strong. United. Brave. And sure that there will be a better tomorrow, even when we make mistakes. Because we learn from our failures and successes.
What will be your role
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Scrum Master to support the coordination and delivery of data-driven projects in the aviation sector.
You'll be embedded in an environment where multiple Scrum teams work collaboratively to build and evolve a modern Data Hub. These multidisciplinary teams are focused on delivering strategic insights and operational efficiency through robust data platforms and analytics capabilities.
As a Senior Scrum Master, you'll play a key role in enabling high-performing teams, removing roadblocks, and driving agile maturity across the organization.
Key responsibilities include:

- Coaching teams on Agile principles, practices, and frameworks to foster continuous improvement and delivery excellence
- Supporting delivery planning and tracking of value streams, particularly within data engineering and analytics initiatives
- Removing impediments and aligning with other delivery leads and technical stakeholders to unblock progress
- Promoting a collaborative team environment that emphasizes psychological safety, accountability, and shared goals
- Enabling alignment between business objectives and delivery outcomes, supporting Product Owners and team leads
- Driving the adoption of Agile best practices in a pragmatic, context-aware manner
- Contributing to the evolution of Agile processes across the program, encouraging consistency and knowledge sharing
Who will work by your side
You will work alongside passionate data professionals, engineers, product owners, and business stakeholders - all aligned toward building impactful data products in the aviation space. You'll also be part of the AdvanceWorks community: a team that values curiosity, honesty, and growth.
Here, you'll find a culture where feedback flows, ideas are challenged, and success is shared. Whether hybrid or remote, you'll always feel connected and supported - with the freedom to be yourself and the space to make a difference.
