SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Time Management Consultant

Global S/4HANA Programme 100% Remote

Start date: ASAP

Duration: 6 months + possible extension

At wBrain, we are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Time Management Consultant to support a global SAP S/4HANA rollout, with strong focus on Timesheet, Time Management, and Time Off processes.

This role is fully remote and integrated into an international programme, requiring solid hands-on expertise and the ability to work independently.

Role Mission

Support the design, configuration, and delivery of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Management solutions, ensuring accurate time recording, compliance with local requirements, and seamless integration within a global S/4HANA landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Time Management;
• Implement and maintain Timesheet, Time Off, and Time Tracking functionalities;
• Ensure correct setup of Brazil Timesheet requirements and localisation;
• Collaborate with global HR, Payroll, and IT teams;
• Support blueprinting, testing (SIT/UAT), go-live, and post-go-live activities;
• Troubleshoot time-related issues and propose functional improvements;
• Ensure alignment with global templates and local compliance requirements;
• Produce functional documentation and support knowledge transfer.

Mandatory Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Time Management;
• Proven experience with SuccessFactors Timesheet, including Brazil Timesheet;
• Experience working on global or international SAP programmes;
• Solid understanding of HR Time processes and integrations;
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setup;
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Nice to Have

• Experience in SAP S/4HANA transformation projects;
• Exposure to Payroll and Time integrations;
• SAP SuccessFactors certifications (valued).
