Your new Role
The Senior RPA Developer – AI & Automation Factory will be responsible for designing, building, deploying, and maintaining production-grade Robotic Process Automation solutions across the enterprise, using UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate to drive scalable and secure Automation initiatives.
This person will combine strong expertise in RPA, Software Engineering, and Automation Governance with hands-on experience in enterprise integrations, reusable component development, and production support, enabling the delivery of reliable, compliant, and high-performing Automation solutions.
This role will collaborate closely with Solution Architects, Solution Analysts, Process Owners, Data teams, business stakeholders, and external partners to ensure Automation solutions are delivered effectively across the full lifecycle, from solution design through deployment and continuous improvement.
The Senior RPA Developer – AI & Automation Factory will:- Design, develop and deploy scalable, end-to-end Automation solutions using UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate, translating business requirements into robust, maintainable, and production-ready workflows;
- Integrate Automations with enterprise systems (APIs, Databases, SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, Outlook, SharePoint and ERP/CRM platforms), ensuring resilience through best practices such as queue orchestration, transaction management, retries, logging, and reusability;
- Apply strong Software Engineering and DevOps practices, including modular design, code reviews, automated testing, version control, observability, and CI/CD pipelines to support efficient and controlled releases;
- Develop reusable Automation libraries, packages, templates, connectors, and technical components in C# and/or Python to accelerate delivery and promote standardization across the AI & Automation Factory;
- Embed Security, Compliance, and Governance principles by design, ensuring appropriate credential management, role-based access, audit trails, privacy controls, and data protection standards are implemented from the outset;
- Monitor, maintain, and optimize Automations in production, supporting incident management, troubleshooting, performance monitoring, cost optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives;
- Collaborate with Architects and cross-functional teams to define standards, reusable frameworks, delivery practices, and scalable Automation patterns while mentoring and supporting less experienced developers.
A typical day will include designing and developing Automations, building reusable components, integrating enterprise systems, supporting deployments through CI/CD pipelines, monitoring production performance, resolving incidents, and collaborating with stakeholders to continually enhance and scale Automation solutions.
What you will need to succeed
As a Senior RPA Developer – AI & Automation Factory, you will need:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field;
- Certifications in RPA or Automation platforms (UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer, UiPath Certified Professional – Developer, Microsoft PL-500, PL-400 or PL-900 – Would be a plus);
- +5 years of experience in Software Development or RPA Delivery;
- 3 years of hands-on experience developing production-grade Automations in UiPath;
- 2 years of hands-on experience delivering Automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud Flows and/or Desktop Flows);
- Proven experience with RPA platforms and frameworks, including UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Assistant, REFramework, queues, assets, credential stores, and Microsoft Power Automate;
- Proven experience in Designing, Developing, Integrating and supporting Automation workflows across enterprise systems such as SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, SharePoint, SQL Databases, APIs, ERP and CRM platforms;
- Solid understanding of scalable and resilient Automation architectures, including exception handling, monitoring, logging, queue processing, reusable components, automated testing, version control, CI/CD and production support;
- Strong programming skills in C#, with familiarity in Python and/or PowerShell for Automation scripting and component development;
- Solid understanding of Governance, Risk and Compliance principles, including security controls, audit trails, credential management, role-based access, data protection, DevSecOps and secure development practices;
- Experience with Cloud and DevOps environments (Azure), including Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, UiPath CI/CD Pipelines and environment lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication skills – Fluency in English.
