Your new role
As Senior Real Estate Acquisition Manager, you’ll lead the sourcing and acquisition of residential assets aligned with the co-living and flex-living strategy. Reporting to the Country Manager and managing one junior team member, you’ll play a key role in expanding the Lisbon portfolio and collaborating with teams across Madrid and Paris.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate residential properties (individual units and buildings)
- Conduct market research and financial analysis (yield, capital value, ROI)
- Lead negotiations and manage due diligence
- Build relationships with brokers, landlords, and local authorities
- Prepare investment proposals and support asset integration
- Ensure regulatory compliance and contribute to long-term acquisition plans
What you will need to succeed
- Degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Management
- 10+ years’ experience in real estate acquisition or investment
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Advanced English; Spanish is a plus
- Excellent Excel skills
- Personable, collaborative, and strategic mindset
- Experience in hospitality or residential sectors is a plus
- Ability to work independently and build operations from the ground up
