Would you like to lead key areas of a highly complex international construction project?

We are recruiting a CSA Project Manager to join a landmark industrial construction project in Azores.

 

Main responsibilities

• Lead and manage the project in all commercial and contractual aspects;
• Negotiate contracts with clients and suppliers, ensuring a balance between quality, deadlines and costs;
• Manage budgets, cash flow, invoicing and cost reports;
• Assess and mitigate contractual and financial risks;
• Coordinate with the construction team and support project execution;
• Prepare and finalise project accounts.

 

Desired profile

• Experience in managing large projects (10M);
• Solid understanding of construction methodologies and contract management;
• Experience in negotiating with subcontractors and suppliers;
• Experience with COINS (or similar) software is a plus;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
