We are looking for a Senior PMO.

MAIN TASKS:

• Lead your projects and organize the tasks and needs from and between the teams and regions.
• Ensure great communication and technical understanding; collect and manage priorities accordingly to management team indication; coordinate the relationship with business, functional and development teams; monitor and report effectively and visually the overall progress status in committees.
• Be responsible for the standardization and escalation of your project's solution across the department (industrialization, methodology and training).
• Contribute to local and global governance committees.
• Build and present KPIs regularly regarding the evolution of the project.
• Be proactive and solution driven by proposing actions and new target depending on the evolution.
• Report to the top management the status during the monthly committees.
• Build a strong relationship with the managers in order to understand their needs and accompany them to the success of the project.
• Contribute to change management, involving teams impacted in the department transformation with clear communication, training and user guides.
• Support on the review of the training package by attending to them and collect the feedback from trainers and new joiners
• Ensure a smooth and successful onboarding of the new joiners.
• Build strong KPIs and report.
• Manipule big amount of data.
• Create deck.

YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS:

• Excel.
• Experience of project management.
• Knowledge of general accounting and/or banking accounting is a plus.
• Fluency in English.
• Hybrid role based in Porto.
