Responsibilities

In this role, you will design, develop, and implement robust technical solutions that enhance data quality, governance, and integration across the organization. You will act as a key technical resource, bridging the gap between development teams and business stakeholders to optimize PIM/MDM capabilities and ensure the seamless flow of master data across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Solution Development and Integration:

•Design, build, and maintain technical solutions to streamline data management processes within PIM and MDM ecosystems.

•Develop and manage APIs for data synchronization and integration between enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, eCommerce platforms).

•Implement efficient workflows for data import/export and validation across various systems.

2. System Customization and Optimization:

•Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical designs.

•Configure and customize PIM/MDM platforms to meet organizational needs, focusing on usability, scalability, and data quality.

•Optimize system performance, including database queries and system architecture.

3. Data Modeling and Architecture:

•Develop and maintain effective data models and structures to support business processes.

•Ensure compliance with best practices for data governance, consistency, and security.

•Conduct regular audits to verify data accuracy and adherence to organizational standards.

4. Collaboration and Technical Support:

•Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, product managers, and IT professionals, to align technical solutions with business goals.

•Provide technical expertise during PIM/MDM system implementation, upgrades, and integrations.

•Support troubleshooting efforts, resolving technical issues promptly and effectively.

5. Innovation and Continuous Improvement:

•Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends in data management, integration, and PIM/MDM platforms.

•Identify opportunities to enhance existing processes and tools, driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Technical Requirements (Must Have):

• Strong PIM/MDM expertise with real-world integration experience.

• API development and data integration skills.

• Experience working with cloud platforms and DevOps tools.

• Understanding of data governance and security in an enterprise setting.

• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and translate business needs into technical solutions.

Technical Requirements (Good to Have):

• Previous experience in retail, eCommerce, or manufacturing.

• Exposure to AI/ML-driven data quality improvements.

• Hands-on experience with data analytics and visualization.

• Relational Databases

• Strong communication skills, able to express ideas clearly and effectively

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or relevant years of experience

Traveling

Travel is not mandatory but some roles may benefit from visiting teams and stakeholders in STARK BU's across Northern Europe
