Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Salary: Up to €70,000 + competitive bonus

Location: Portugal (Remote or Hybrid)

I am looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join a fast-growing AI team focused on operationalizing cutting-edge ML models and delivering robust ML pipelines at scale. This is an exciting opportunity to work on real-world AI applications, optimize ML workflows, and contribute to a high-performing, cross-functional team.

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with data scientists to develop production-ready model training pipelines
• Design scalable solutions and inference pipelines in distributed environments
• Implement model diagnostics, monitoring flows, and evaluation metrics
• Automate model deployment and create REST API endpoints for ML models
• Build scalable model serving workflows
• Optimize clusters for performance and scalability
• Develop and maintain internal ML tools and libraries
• Write CI/CD/CT pipelines for reliable, repeatable deployment

What They are Looking For:

• Extensive software development experience using Python in large-scale, high-performance production environments
• Hands-on experience designing ML software systems
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure
• Proficiency with Spark/PySpark
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
