As a MuleSoft Platform Engineering and Administration Specialist at Ivy Partners, you will:

• Deploy and configure the new MuleSoft Flex Gateway.
• Support daily operations, maintenance, and ensure platform stability and performance.
• Provide troubleshooting, critical situation analysis, recovery planning, and implementation.
• Handle incident management, problem-solving, and change fixes, including certificate management & SSL configuration.
• Engage in capacity planning management and oversee technical support and platform administration across all environments.
• Manage and maintain operating system patches in compliance with CoE recommendations, including proactive monitoring of systems.
• Collaborate on business requirements and adapt development practices to custom designs.
• Design, build, test, and deploy project deliverables, ensuring timely delivery and thorough project documentation.
• Conduct test phases, including managing defect processes.

About You

• Possess 3-5 years of expertise in managing the MuleSoft Anypoint platform or similar DevOps roles.
• Have proficiency in Openshift, Terraform, Git, and basic knowledge of AWS and Azure.
• Are skilled in Linux Shell, Linux processes (Red Hat) and Linux Administration.
• Understand Infrastructure As Code (IAC) using tools like Terraform, ArgoCD, TEKTON / Kino.
• Can effectively communicate complex technical information in simple terms.
• Are proficient in an English-speaking environment.
