The Opportunity
We are recruiting a Senior International Legal Counsel to join a global organization and play a key strategic role in the negotiation and management of international commercial contracts. This position offers the chance to work across multiple countries, supporting cross-functional teams in strategic sourcing, competitive procurement processes, and high-level commercial negotiations.

Your New Role
As a Senior International Legal Counsel, you will provide expert legal guidance on complex commercial agreements, ensuring compliance across different jurisdictions. You will collaborate closely with global internal stakeholders and external partners, helping shape contracting strategies and driving excellence in commercial negotiation processes.

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Leading the negotiation and review of complex international commercial contracts;
- Supporting strategic sourcing initiatives and competitive procurement processes;
- Ensuring legal compliance across multiple countries and business areas;
- Identifying contractual risks and proposing effective, business-oriented solutions;
- Collaborating with global internal teams and liaising with international suppliers;
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of legal and commercial contracting practices.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Law degree (mandatory);
- Solid experience at Manager level (or higher) in International Commercial & Contract Law;
- Strong background in contract negotiation, strategic sourcing, and procurement-related legal work;
- International exposure, preferably within multinational or cross-border environments;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Proactive, strategic, and solution-driven mindset;
- Fluency in English (essential).
