Be the local HR lead, taking full responsibility for Human Resources at site level.

Description

• Advising, supporting and coaching management on all HR-related topics;
• Connect with Payroll to provide employment data and prepare relative formal letters;
• Collaborate in the implementation of new HR tools/systems/process and line with the global strategy and in strong connection with the HRSS;
• Involvement in the recruiting process for the acquisition of new employees including offer preparation and contract negotiations;
• Support the project management and collaboration on HR topics such as benefits, onboarding, employee retention and employee development & training;
• Provide continuous improvement to HR process and practices within the Country;
• Support internal and external Human Resources on site audits in strong partnership with Quality and Finance.

Profile

• Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline;
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar position;
• Strong communication and negotiation skills;
• Strong Knowledge of HR systems;
• Flexible, resilient and adaptable;
• Fluency in English and Spanish;
• Availability for regular travel to Lisbon.
