• We are looking for an Accounts Payable Manager.

Description

• Lead the end-to-end Accounts Payable operation, ensuring accurate, timely and efficient service delivery;
• Manage daily AP activities, resource planning, workload distribution and operational performance;
• Establish and maintain standardized processes, service levels and operating procedures across multiple entities and locations;
• Drive a culture of quality, ownership and accountability, ensuring strong controls and compliance across all AP activities;
• Monitor and improve key performance indicators, using data and insights to enhance productivity, service quality and stakeholder satisfaction;
• Identify operational risks, process inefficiencies and recurring issues, implementing sustainable solutions and preventive controls;
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support automation, digitalization and process optimization initiatives;
• Increase straight-through processing and reduce manual intervention through process redesign and technology adoption;
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a trusted business partner and influencing decision-making;
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team, fostering continuous learning, engagement and career growth;
• Support transformation projects, process harmonization initiatives, shared services expansion and organizational change programs;
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, challenging existing ways of working and delivering measurable business impact.

Profile

• Proven experience in Accounts Payable, Procure-to-Pay or Finance Operations leadership roles;
• Previous people management experience within an international, shared services or complex operational environment;
• Strong understanding of end-to-end AP processes, controls, compliance requirements and risk management principles;
• Demonstrated success in managing KPIs, service levels and operational performance frameworks;
• Solid analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions and improvements;
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI and reporting tools;
• Track record of delivering process improvement, efficiency gains and service excellence initiatives;
• Experience supporting automation, digital transformation and workflow optimization projects is highly valued;
• Knowledge of ERP systems and finance technologies;
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across different functions and leadership levels;
• Continuous improvement mindset, ideally supported by Lean, Six Sigma or similar methodologies;
• Excellent communication, coaching and team development capabilities;
• Resilient, hands-on and comfortable operating in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
