We are looking for an Senior Frontend with expertise in React (AI)!

Requirements:

• Proven experience of at least 5 years in modern React ecosystem (hooks, context API, and React 18+ features), including:
• State management experience.
• Redux, Zustand, Recoil, or other state management libraries, TypeScript proficiency, Performance optimization skills.
• Experience with code splitting, lazy loading, and React performance optimization techniques, Build tools and bundlers.
• Experience with Webpack, Vite, or other modern build tools CSS-in-JS or styling frameworks.
• Experience with styled-components, Material-UI, or similar, API integration experience.
• REST, GraphQL, WebSockets, Responsive design and accessibility knowledge.
• Quality-first approach on software development with solid knowledge of testing frameworks;
• Comfortable working in a distributed team environment, with people with different nationalities and cultures located in Switzerland and across Europe.
• Proven ability to both work independently and in small teams, proactive attitude to problem solving, as well as critical thinking;
• Code review experience - Ability to provide constructive feedback and mentor junior developers;
• Familiar with (or willing to learn) Scrum and agile methodology;
• Any additional frontend development languages, technologies and frameworks, in addition to JavaScript, TypeScript and ReactJS constitute a clear advantage.
• Excellent command of English.
