Adecco Recruitment is recruiting for a prestigious shared service center in the financial sector based in Porto, that is currently looking for an Senior FP&A (m/f/d).

 

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Global BPO in defining the Core Model by bringing local inputs;
• Ensure that all the Region business requirements are considered;
• Mobilize and coordinate subject matter experts (SME´s);
• Adapt, when necessary, the macro-process to local specificities;
• Ensure that the Core Model is respected locally (subject to local legislation);
• Bring the voice of the sites / operation to ensure process are designed to smooth and simplify the life of end users;
• Organize the Region UAT testing of the new ERP Core Solution;
• Organize the preparation of the data migration and data cleansing;
• Be an ambassador at region / country level for the process adherence;
• Be an ambassador for change management;
• Organize the key users training of the solution.

Profile

• At least 5 years of Controlling or FP&A experience;
• Experience and understanding of GBS / Shared Services environments;
• Experience in interaction with Finance Headquarter leaders in a large multinational company;
• Experience in process design, process mapping, improving process quality, process review and compliance;
• Knowledge of SAP;
• Project management experience to manage timely execution;
• Fluent in English;
• Highly flexible, with an ability to work in a changing and multicultural environment;
• Rigorous and Organized;
• Proactive and results oriented;
• Able to travel occasionally to attend some workshops with countries.
